This makes it sound like there's an instance-specific ability that got added to 3 underrepresented professions in order to get them invites to 1 instance. This is bad. Are the toolsets of those professions really so weak that you couldn't make them useful on the basis of what that profession can do, and you had to add a gimmick? This is maybe a wakeup call. Fix the professions, don't appease them with 1 instance worth of shiny toys.

Thing there is they can't or shouldn't really try to make a certain prof supposedly needed/wanted in an instance. It's just a matter of treating the symptom rather than the cause. The cause is that people want those low chance drops and making tiny ideal teams is basically the only way you can increase your odds of getting them. Deal with that by changing how we go about getting our raid/encounter items (an example) and the team size issue will correct itself.

I really like your suggestion there. Would certainly make full teams viable again.
