Maybe, maybe not. They were going to keep the old heads in game at first giving us the chance to choose. Although as it turns out the old heads won't fit on the new bodies properly so they have to toss the old heads in game. That problem doesn't exist on the forums so maybe they'll just add new ones, maybe they'll replace them or maybe they won't change anything.
