I see no proof that it actually IS a female, I think the designers really need to come out and tell us, how can we know if a dragon really are "built" the same way as normal animals?

Didn't dinosaurs have a second brain on their back, close to their tail or somethign cuz they were so big so it took too long time for the signals to go from the brain and all the way to the tail?
HE can maybe have a extra brain there instead!
