    Rebalancing act details for MAs

    --Martial Artists:

    Local cooldown on healing nanos: Rather than locking out recharge, which previously locked out martial arts attacks, healing nanos will now place only the healing nanos themselves into cooldown, allowing the MA to still utilize their items-based toolset, as well as potentially additional nanolines.

    New Parry/Riposte: Large benefits for Martial Artists (more details on Parry/Ripost are Coming Soon™)

    Heal Nanos: Most likely a reduced cast/recharge time, allowing the MA to ensure a decent rate of healing for both themselves and their team.

    Martial Arts Attacks: Modifying MA attacks and adding new attacks are on the docket as a potential change.

    MatCrea Nanos: Either enhancing current MC nanos, while adding in additional MC nanos which will offer benefits across the MA's level progression, or removing MC as a requirement on their nanolines.

    Fist Weapons: Minimum damage most likely increased.

    Aimshot Changes: Aimshot will most likely receive an execute time, diminishing effectiveness in hotswap setups.

    Dimach: May receive additional benefits at lower levels, based off martial arts items/attacks.

    Form of Risan: Removal from Evade line.

    I'd like to see a reverse knockback (if keepers get it, we should too) could be target only, as opposed to an AOE.

    Sounds like FoR will stack with RI. thats good news.

    How about some nice new form nanos for MC:

    Form of Shanghai
    +200 AAO
    -200 AAD

    Form of drunken master
    +200 AAD
    -200 AAO

    Form of hidden cricket
    +400 conceal
    -400 RS
    +30 evades

    Form of willow
    +3000AAD
    +500 RS
    -150Aggdef (pacifist)
    +20% healing efficacy

    Form of Risan: Removal from Evade line. lol iirc it wasn't in the evade line in the first place....
    And on that note as i recall it was in the AC line to begin with, so I think that adding stuff like evades/abilities (form of Tessai) would be cool...something more viable than AC's given the amount of AC's that mobs/players have these days usually reducing to min dmg anyway.

    Also looking forward to the parry/riposte and new ma attacks ^^ that should be interesting. Any idea if other profs that go for an MA setup will also have access to parry/riposte?

    Heal nanos reduced cast and recharge time... ooh yes finally.

    New MA attacks. Yummy.

    Healing not blocking our toolset is just incredible.

    Figured AS was going to screw bow users but you know it is not the end of the world.

    Then again, I'm thinking, I most likely won't care if MA attacks do put us in recharge since they nerfing hotswapping and they making healing on a local cooldown thing so meh but anyway, it'd be nice to have them not put us in recharge though it won't matter too much anymore

    Oh yeah that thing, like if I cast a heal (and do the sort of heal animation) or in motion of sorts and not being able to use MA attacks is annoying hope that gets fixed.

    Any idea what is going to compensate for the loss of AS? Currently I always run around with a scope for 11s AS and more relaible AS and better crits, so it'll be kinda lame to lose that...

    No worry, I've suggested that already. They already tried it, if ya remember ...
    It was hella bugged and our Attacks would land pretty much everywhere around the target selected, so they deleted and never spoke about it again.

    About the whole thing I think it's getting in the good direction, at least it looks like it doesn't it ?

    I added "the chain-stunning bug", weaponary, must-be-in-fight on our Attacks, and percentage of check on both Deli and FoL requests. Iknok added things related to Attacks as well.

    We could set different kinds of MC Nanos if you will to toss some ideas, I'm not going to say something that would fit me perfectly and maybe not the majority of you all, that's not my goal so keep the many constructive parts of your posts up and think about some Nanos related to MC, some more MA Attacks and things like that please, Iknok and I are pretty much opened to all creative ideas as long as they remain "balanced".

    By the way, think about taking a look at the bigger picture, by reading the other Profession's similar Threads for example.

    P.S: Noobast, reverse knock back is really really reserved for Keepers.

    Doh, ask FC about Keepers being reverse knock back specialists eh !

    Percentage on IB should be lowered, why ? FoL & Delirium are meant to make our opponents perkable, that's mostly why it sounds legit for their check % to be decreased, it only makes sense.

    More attractive, well, many buffs that are currently self may become castable on other people.
    I offered two or three things 'bout the subject like creating various kinds of Auras that would benefit a whole Team ...
    Otherwise one clear thing mentioned above is some increase of our Heals' efficiency.
