enfs has the exact same problem as keepers do in this area tbh. hte problem doesnt lie with keeper or enfs as professions. the problem lies with how specials work.

So if damage and slowing enf defensive tools doesn't means anything when it comes to killing another enf directly, lol. Tell me what does.

Well use a dodge setup on your enforcer maybe? Because, to get that extra 400 dodge over enforcers, that's what keepers do. This comes with a 200ish AR cost. And you can forget about swapping to SoFC as you stated earlier (on a keeper).

The reason for the uneven evades is that Funcom made us a Close Combat evading "king". This is no longer the case as they have been neglected. The LE procs do also give considerable evade close. The problem with this is that at one time our evades were the best and could justify this "unbalanced" situation. Considering we've been neglected I advocate that the evades are not "evened out" but instead multiplied.

Keepers should be back at the top of the melee ladder, when it comes to fighting other melee toons.

That of course raises the issue of Ranged Online, but that's a different bridge.

That's why it needs to be a multiplier instead of a "leveling".

It would retain the current ratio of evade clsc to dodge ranged.
