Trader SL Perks.

Trader SL perks are amongst the worst in game.

Accumulator loses its usefulness about level 190, the drain should be at least doubled at the 30% chance. If not even more. This perk isn't useful.
The changes to reap life in the Distill Life perk line are welcome.

The issue is there are no other perk lines other than shotgun mastery worth perking for a trader at endgame and accumulator isn't good enough really.

I LOVE Accumulator, I can keep draining and doing everything with zero IP in nanopool, and this is without GTH or anything

And you don't need Accumulator to do that to be honest, the nano part isn't why a 190+ trader perks accumulator. A 220 perks it as there is no decent alternative.
