    while you're doing these changes
    many of which i see the reasoning behind
    i would humbly ask that "Angel of Night" get reworked
    as it stands, it's locktime and the skill it locks keeps it from being useful
    the only occasion i have personally ever had to use it is to show off the awesome way it looks
    i would love to see it get reduced to under a 2minute lock
    and possibly moved to dimach
    (moving it to runspeed would be more fitting with the way it looks though imho)
    it could be an awesome tool in a MA's Arsenal and it definitely would help in our role as multi role fighters.

    Add All Defense (AAD) will only be applied to Dodge, Duck and Evade.

    Is that only with regards to perks? Would be a pretty significant loss of NR if it also applied for nukes and debuffs...

    AAD never affected ability to counter hostile nanos.
