Considering the seriousness of the allegations against Andrew "Encyros" Phillips, Mr. Phillips' status as representative of his clan, as well as his appointment as Newland Liaison for the Council of Truth, are both temporarily suspended until further notice.
This is an emergency measure matching the gravity of the claims against him.
Should the allegations prove to be unfounded, his position and access shall be reinstated. Should the allegations prove to be founded, further damage is circumvented.
In the meantime, any claim from Andrew "Encyros" Phillips to the effect that he is still representative in the Council of Truth or acting as Newland Liaison should be disregarded until further notice.
