Undercover agent kidnaps clanswoman

IRRK Freelance - A few days ago a Council of Truth member kidnapped a young woman. As shocking as this seems, further information was discovered.
The agent, known as Andrew "Encyros" Phillips was a loyal and trusted member of the clans. He was even the Newland liason for the council, impressing those around him with his dedication to the clan cause.
However, it seems things were not as they appeared to be, as rumours were quickly spreading that Mr Phillips had kidnapped a young woman, also a member of the clans. I decided to investigate this, and it did indeed turn out that a young woman by the name of Flora "Larnue" Rhees had gone missing for several days, just after having an argument in Newland with the very man accused of kidnapping her.
What's more, it has been suggested that Mr Phillips is working for Intern-Ops, and has been undercover as a council member the entire time. If true, these would be concerning news indeed for the clans, but it doesn't stop there. During his time spent in the clans he developed a relationship with a Doctor "Velysia" Keslie, a member of the neutral private investigations company known as the Department of Investigations. Very shortly after that relationship the entire department joined the corporation.
What information has escaped the walls of the Council of Truth? Did Encyros trigger the faction change of the DoI? Why did Intern-Ops seek interest in capturing Miss Rhees? I will hopefully find out more information on this case.
