8th Anniversary Screenshot Competition!

With the limit of one submission, I hope people from countries other than USA will be able to get the prize also this time.

What happened to "just" a lifetime subscription to AO, as in the old contest?
It sure is sad to only have one submission, I have several great ones.

I would say that a good hint is something physical that can be mailed but not digital either.

I think the obvious answer is YES

as long as you do it in AO, you are welcomed to do everything.

If you look at the past competitions there have been a mix of it all, landscape action, dancing and (the most common winner) a lot of people dressed in the same clothes/armor

In the Edited competition, you can of cause do even more with photoshop

have you considered the option of 2 screenshots(one in each category) per payed account instead?

meh lucky you, my png was over 2mb large and I had to convert it into a jpg

If it's below 1MB then it's acceptable.. like stated in the first post

Basic Screenshot: An unedited screenshot captured directly from the game with no editing done to it. (Changing format from PNG to JPG for mailing and compression is allowed however.)

....

Images should be compressed into jpg format and sent as a zip (or rar) file wherever possible. Final file size must be below 1mb.

Allowed conversion doesn't mean that you have to if it's impossible for you to convert a screenshot or the like...
