Chat channel expansion idea

Not sure if anyone has discussed this or not... But the leader chat usually has alot of usefull information regarding events and server crashes and stuff.

But what happens if the guild leader decides to start an alt (and we all do) the guild is left without this resource.

Some ideas I thought would help would be:

1. Make a 2nd level chat channel (ie. generals, advisors, etc...)
2. Give generals, advisors, etc... the ability to "listen" to the leaders channel
3. Give leaders the ability to share the channel with chosen guildmates.

Another good addition would be allowing multiple guilds split into divisions the ability to cross talk between each other.
