New Announcement Category!

Greets!

Over the years we have posted our downtime, server status, and update notes in many different places. Downtime notices for example, usually make their way over to the tech forum and update series forum of that update. Update notes on the other hand just made their way over to the same update series forum depending on the year.

This has caused a lot of confusion for many players as they just want one set location to find either notice as soon as they open the forum index. So we have again revamped how we hold these notices by adding a new announcement category. As you can see, we have created and attached some new sections like server notices (downtimes, server issues, etc), update notes (quick reference), and our old community corner forum.

(Note: Server Notice will only display the threads that were posted in the past 7 days. We have activated this setting so that only the fresh notices will appear while leaving out the older non-relevant ones from the forum.)

I hope you all enjoy the new category and forums. We will use them as much as we can when announcing anything that we feel is important to you.

Shouldn't the announcement thread about the new announcement category have been in the announcement category?

Perhaps it's just me that thinks this, but, shouldn't the Rimor Market (and that other server market) sections be in the server sub sections and not out on their own.
