LFT should provide enough people to be able to progress through content.
The fact you have to send 30 /tells to get someone to walk you through some content they did and have no desire to do again is a failing of the game moreso than an individual player fault.
I'm casting "Physical Dominance" on you as a kind of kinky thing

    You are amusing.

The fact that you have to send 30 /tells to get someone to walk you through a quest means you fail at making friends.

Yes, LFT can be slim at times but it is not, nor should it ever be, your sole source of teammates. One of the main purposes of an MMORPG is that you build friendships and share experiences with those friends. Over time you will have friends that you can rely on and they can rely on you. LFT is a supplemental tool to finish the team off. The game would surely get boring fast if you only teamed with strangers from LFT instead of friends and orgmates.

Oh, and I'm having fun with this....continue plx.

Not really, it highlights the issues with content that requires a team and is a once-off thing. I encourage you to ask some doc friends if they want to do Alappa, or try and form an Albtraum team.

Yes, and you meet people through random encounters, such as a LFT situation.

Actually it is the inverse. If you only play with say 3 other people on a constant basis, the game will cease to be a MMO, it will be a 3 player game with a lot of interestingly named NPCs.

It doesn't take me even remotely near 30 /tells. Of course I'm arguing with whom appears to be an anti-socialist so you wouldn't understand.

Of course, but you don't rely solely on LFT for teams at that level. If you do, you are surely setup to fail.

And that right there shows that you aren't reading what *we* said. Thank you for playing the game though.

I'm going to let this thread die now.

Sitting on lft for 3 days to me just says that you expect to be welfared...
You seriously think a good 220/30/70 soldier should have to ask for help? My org is easily capable of doing this PF but I have deliberately not asked for help because I see no reason why I should need it. If an endgame soldier can't get teams on merit then perhaps I should be looking for another game to play.

This statement doesn't make any sense. If you don't actually DO content with your org that is easily capable and instead rely on being plucked off of lft then what is your org for other than chat? Do you guys all just solo or lft for everything?

I realize people belong to orgs for different reasons but the logic on display in this post boggles the mind.

My doc did the booster pack quests and farmed items with an org team. Why should I have to ask these people who have already done the quest to do it again just for my benefit?

    Because they're your org mates?

Or more importantly, because they're your friends and it's game content to play and enjoy.

Obviously 30 is an exaggeration. If someone actually has thirty docs on their friend list then there is a good chance most content is doable. We just bought a pocket ourselves, but not everyone can do that or can be bothered to do that.

Of course, but you don't rely solely on LFT for teams at that level. If you do, you are surely setup to fail.
Thats the issue - you shouldnt have to manually source and pester people for a team to level, it should be plentiful. Why do you think so many games out there (100%?) allow levelling to level cap to be done solo? It isnt because these are horribly antisocial games, its a convienience thing, and you dont want progression halted due to factors outside of your control.

And that right there shows that you aren't reading what *we* said. Thank you for playing the game though.
I read what you said, it's just incorrect - A complex network of people should not be required for a new player to progress in this game, you should be able to attempt content with people who are at the same stage as the other players doing the content.
