Free citizens of Rubi-Ka,
This 18th of April at 20:00 RST (GMT), the Clans and other free people will gather outside of the east gate of Old Athen for a ceremony in the memory of the miners who stood up against tyranny and the casualties suffered by heroes like Athen to ensure that no one suffered the same fate in the dark Notum mines.

A series of short speeches by Legacy clans, including the Unionists, the Knights of Avalon, the Vanguards, and the Sentinels will be given. These organizations will be handling security.

More details will come as the date approaches.
