first you need to tan it, which i believe the tanning cans are found in the armor or medical department in the tradeskills section of stores.. then you can just use the PPPE

First, you'll need to make your PPPE into a MMR. Combine your PPPE with a MMR (in store, as high ql as possible, since they might force you to get the ql higher to do ql 200 ones). Tan the Bronto skins with chemical in the tradeskill shop. Lastly, use the MMR on the Tanned skin to create the armor.
