But do init reduce reharge time on weapons?
(or is it only the agg-def bar that adjusts this)
I read a thread about init being fixed on next patch board that confused me.
My understanding has always been that init affect recharge on melee and phys init.(maybe weapons)
(How could high init make your gun fire faster anyways ;P )

Init affects recharge on weapons. However, it is currently bugged so that only IP spent in init affects the recharge. Items, ability trickle-down, and implants DO NOT CURRENTLY AFFECT WEAPON RECHARGE.
ONLY IP.
