Well... you could always try this one: Dhurdahls maptools
It works for me under XP atleast, but there have been reports about it not working....
You need to extract it in the same dir as the mapfiles themself...

This works great on my Windows2000 box at work, and the MS Paint in WindowsXP lets me edit PNGs, so map editing is encredibly simple with this tool. Thanks!!!Originally posted by Dhurdahl

fyi: At home, though, on Windows 98, I get a code dump "out of range access" when running mapextrator.exe.
