After killing her with reflect shield cause of boredom, tried talking to her and she actually replied, before patch she always used to aggro clanners, and since i did a search (on forums incase someone already found some quest by her) and this npc's name never came up, and she has a 1k dmg shield, thought might be useful to post here, I asked her about missions, after the general:
hello
how are you
what are you doing
etc
etc
then said mission and she replied:
Mission?
I don't have any mission for you

Now since she talked about doing Engineer work, it might be an engineer quest? no idea, if it is one at all, but thought i'd post here, for different classes/sides etc to try, as a clan soldier didn't trigger anything anyhow.
