/option can set any value you find in the preferences files. Not aggdef, sorry.
Those would be prefs/main.cfg and (in your character's subfolder) login.cfg
Not all values will be changed instantly, though. Some only change with next login, such as chatfont size.
I can see what you're getting at, an aggdef macro could be quite handy.
