    You know you're a nerd when you say wOOt in public

    I wasnt always this bad but recently I've been saying "AFK" and "w00t" in public and people have been looking at me funny. I guess thats what I get for playing these games so much. I was at the store and was short some cash so I told the cashier, "AFK one minute while I run to my car." She looked at me real funny and I didnt realize why till I got half way to my car to get my money then I just felt wierd.

    My friend got a job the other day and she was excited and I was all w00t w00t! She looked at me a little strange too. I guess the video games are finally getting to me. Lets hope I dont do this at work.

    Hi
    Littelbit of topic this but...

    AO is my first Online game ever and i try to figure out (for me) the most exciting game since Pac-man in early 80ish on my Commodore 64. :-)

    LOL - n00b - w00t are all integrated in my vocabulary hehe.

    Most of my friends are nerds anyway so it doesn't matter, and the others just find me weird anyway

    However I do get strange looks and a commentary from bf when I say LOL to something funny but not smiling at all.
