Reflect = Gets rid of some damage being done to you and reflects a certain percent back to the aggressor, up to a certain number. RRFE's maxreflect is 49 I believe.
Damage Shield - Inflicts a certain amount of damage on whatever player/mob hits you, every time it hits you. Does not take away any damage that is done to you
