    [CLAN] Leet-Bloc

    Organization Overview:

Leet-Bloc is a small to mid-sized Rimor Clan organization. We currently have about 20 active members with numerous alts in the entire level-range. Most of us are from Europe and the U.S. but we are always looking to recruit members from other parts of the planet.

While we encourage our members to do stuff as a group we frequently find ourselves in a position where we have to stock up teams with outsiders. A healthy degree Self-sufficiency therefore is always valued in applicants. That said, we are looking to grow our membership base to facilitate more org-internal activities.

Leet-Bloc does not discriminate against either PVM or PVP driven players (i.e. participation in either is not mandatory) but tries to maintain some towers at all times.

We have been consistently active for a number of years now and own a QL300 City that is financed exclusively through our shop-commission which is set at 1% and thus the minimum possible.

All trusted members with the neccesary expansions (trusted here is a very ambiguous term and can mean different things for different members) may request SC status for one of their alts in order to raise/drop the cloak at their discretion.

    Who we are looking for:

We have no level, game experience or expansion requirements. We principally accept all applicants that meet the criteria set out below.

The number one trait we are looking for in aspiring applicants is activity. While we do not expect you to be online 24/7, we will expect to see you regularly throughout your application period and thereafter. Our orgbot is capable of handling non-org alts. If you are balancing your time between Leet-Bloc and another organization, we ask that you make your presence felt in the organization by joining our bot while you are on the alt. Auto-invite/self-invite features for your registered alts can be enabled/disabled at your discretion.

Secondly, we expect that our members are curtious to other members of the gaming community. This includes fellow Clans, Neuts and Omnis alike. While we principally do not restrict your conduct in any way permissable within the game mechanics (the exception being unjustified ganking of fellow clans) we strongly discourage outright offensive behavior that will earn us a bad reputation.

Third, we are not a wellfare organization. As a member (and applicant) you are entitled to ask for support from other org members whether it be killing stuff, twinking your character or other things but they are also entitled to refuse this help. Please do not spam the orgchat with CREDZPLIZ-type requests. We are strong believers in self-sufficiency and you should expect to be given a link to the solution to a problem rather than an outright answer. One of our guiding principles is teach a man to fish...

Finally, we expect you to be a social member. If you are just looking for some org benefits and a shop look somewhere else. You are expected to get to know veteran and new members alike and to interact with them through the org-chat and/or other forms of communication such as our forums.

Please be aware that Leet-Bloc's members are around 25 years old on average and conversiation in the org-chat can, on occasion, push the boundaries of a pg-13 rating. If you are offended by harsh language, this organization might not be for you. We do not require a minimum age of our members but ask that they keep this in mind when joining us.

Leet-Bloc does not discriminate because of who you are or where you are from IRL yet in an effort to maintain unit cohesion, we have agreed on english as the principal language to be used in the org-chat. If you happen to find someone from your native country and prefer to converse with them in your native language, please keep this to tell, team or vicinity chat.

    The application process:

There are two ways to apply to our organization. You may either register at our forums and fill out an application form (see: http://leet-bloc.phpbb3now.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=28) or you may contact one of our recruiters through a tell (see list below). In either scenario, you will go through a short applicant interview during which you will be asked some basic questions and will have an opportunity to ask any question you may have.

If both the recruiting officer and you agree that you are a good fit for the organization, you will be granted applicant status. How long you remain an applicant is largely up to you but the guiding principal is: The better the org-leadership knows you and the better you get along with the rest of the group, the faster you will be promoted to a full member.

As mentioned above, we usually grant SC status to at least one alt of trusted members to enable them to do city raids at their discretion; some restrictions may apply during tower-wars etc. to keep org benefits intact at those times. To become a "trusted" member the same guiding principal applies as to becoming a full member: the better we know you, the sooner you will be granted SC status. SC status may be revoked for irresponsible behavior such as raiding and not raising the cloak afterwards at the org-leaderships discretion and without notice.

Similarly, applicant or membership status may be terminated at the org-leadership's discretion at any time and for any reason with or without notice.

    Bam
Vital papers will demonstrate their vitality by spontaneously moving from where you left them to where you can't find them.
