well one thing that I have never understood about missions is this... I thought as you got higher in mission level, travel to a mission was supposed to become more and more difficult. At least that is how it used to be described.... I'm not saying this would be a great fix, but should high level missions only be located in 25% or lower zones....

At least with this you've finally justified the Risk/Reward advantage of missions.

You've also greatly increased the need for fixers and engies on teams... fixers to get you to a grid point close to mission and engies to bring back the dead.

What catches me as odd is after level 100, there are many undesireable mission places... Southern Foul Hills, EFP, DAV, CAV, Mort, PW, Avelon.... hmmmm... these sound at least more like appropriate missionable spots for high levels... than a quick grid to a 100% city that has the mission, a save point, and a shop all within a 5 second run from each other...
