Official Spawn Time for Trash King?

I've been camping this guy for a while now and I've heard various rumors about his spawn time from 30 minutes to 8 hrs. I've even seen him spawn in 5 minutes. What is his 'official' spawn time Funcom? I'm sure many players would like to know so we don't just sit at the computer all day waiting. I'm getting really bored waiting for him o)

there is no real spawn for TK, its bugged

It should be that he has a 20% chance to spawn every 20 minutes, but it doesnt work.
Basicly there is no telling when TK is going to spawn

Still the spawntime on TK is very irregular at the moment

They made TK more random, but more frequent in last patch and thats definately true... I got my behind spanked by two of them at the same time this morning.... OUCH!
