Have not killed TK for a while, but what I understood it doesn't drop much since the last patch. Might wanna get this confirmed.

Vermin Disposal Unit drops Rat Catcher Goggles.

Kaehler also drop a weapon...Biomex (or something like that)

Smugglers drop Decranums MKI & MKII, all smugglers drop them but randomly.

Breeders at Queen's Den drop Mantis Scissors (occasionally) and Eggs (also randomly)

Cyborg Armor is dropped by Cyborgs inside the static dungeion at Greater Tir.

Bastion of Deimos and Deimos' Bio-Enhanced Feedback Rifle is dropped by Eradicotr Deimos at Cyborg dungeon (same place as for the cyborg armor)

Hellfury Assault Cannon - random at Cyborgs dungeon

Blue Baby Bronto Boots, dropped by Stumpy

Kevlar Arm Bands - Daria

Candy Cord is dropped by Cuty

Brainchopper, Loving Hands and Brutal Hands are dropped by random mobs at Steps of Maddness

Neleb's Nano Circuity Robe, Battle Rod and Fractured Sanity is dropped by (who does not know this , hehe)

Corroded Blade, Antiqueted Sword - dropped by Ghasap's minions at Camelot

Cortex of the Executioner, random mobs at Steps of Maddness

Assault Class Tank Armor and Gamma Ejector - dropped by Bodyguards at Foreman's Office

Signet Ring of the Green Knight - Tarasque

Sub-Dermal Vengeance Screen - Commander Jocasta at Cyborg dungeion

Rust-pitted Ring - Tri at Foreman's

Ancient Forefather (his name is Clawfinger Forefather tho) also drops Fleshchopper and Toothpicker. He can be found in Smugglers Den and do Melee Damage.

Den Mantis Queen also drops the Queen Blade. The bracers are various, both reflect and shield (all kinds).

Not a unique mob, but the Mantis Breeders found in the very same room sometimes drops the Mantis Scissors.

Some additional info for the BIOMARE dungeon:

T.I.M. has a 10% chance (more or less) of dropping the HUD Upgrade: Personal S.T.M. (Likely even less with 14.5, as drop-chance was reduced)

The Lab Director can drop the Customized IMI Desert Reet 1000, a nifty pistol with burst + fling, does fire damage.

The Bodyguards can drop a Personal Safe, which can contain valuable items. (Rumors are that Grid Armor I sometimes drops from these.)

Neutralizers can drop Medic's Tank Armor (rare).
