So much for learning from the past.

Earth & Beyond just tried thier first 'test launch' today...

Complete character wipe/followed by a huge patch all under the teh pretence of "We're giving a two week head start on non-beta testers! So dont be mad that we are deleting your hours of work." Ya know, that old chestnut.

So anyway they finished thier 16 FREAKING HOURS of patching and tweaking and are ready to let people in...

Total and complete failure. No one can get in, there servers cannot handel it.

Ontop of that thier login process is utterly retarded...

1. click on game icon
2. wait 2 mins for patching
3. click PLAY
4. wait another 2 mins for the god damn built in movies that you cannot turn off
5. enter password
6. hit ACCEPT
7. "Sever is beyond its limit, please try again later"
8. Boot all the way back to desktop!

9. repeat.. downloading of patches and all.

Another MMO with great potential shows its true colors.
It's managed by a bunch of morons with no common sense.

*sigh* may god have mercy on us all.
