Lets face it, game need a money sink, money pop out of thin Air in the shops, but only few goes back to the shops...
I think a great idea to fix this worlds economy would be Casinos.
And. what is a world with no gambling?
U would have a 2 Casinos in Omni entertainment, 1 in Tir, 1 in athen, 1 in newland and 1 in borlians(or how ever its spelled).
Each Casino with a different theme.
there could be 2 types of casinos, gamarus, and "undergrung, ileagl stile... like this:
omni Entertainment 1:
The red dragon:
theme would be old age chinese.
would serve food in the "mongolian meet" style.
Waiters would be in blue MA suits.
Guard's would be MA's in black MA suits, and with sunglasses.
would have a dress code:
no armor, weapons ect. girls must have a dress on, guys must have some of the finer clothets on...
if u dont meet the dress code the guards in the lobby would tell u to leave, and if u then enter the casino it self they would attack and kill u... (guards would be madly UBER)
would ofcouse have a build in resturant, bar, dance floor ect.
omni Entertainment 2:
The Sewer pipe: (would be in the sewers)
theme would be.. well... the sewers...
would serve... leet's and such (crappy food).
Waiters would be in armor, and with a gun.
Guards would be Atrox enforcers style.
would have no dress code. (other then no weapons)
would have a bar, but no resturant, no dance floor.
would have a special arena where people could fight and people could bet on who wins. (would only allow 2 people in it at a time)
and something simaler for the clan / neutal sides.
In the Casinos u would have different games:

Buy a backpack with a random item:
this would have a surtan % chance of giveing a good nodrop item.
but would most of the time give a note saying.
"No luck this time, try agen".
U would have different "price classes".
they would all have the same % chance, but the more ekspensive it is, the higher ql the item will be.
say,
1000, (ql 1~50)
10.000, (ql 50~100)
100.000, (ql 100~150)
1.000.000, (ql 150~200)
10.000.000, (ql 200~250)
FC should make alot of new special item u could only get this way, and keep adding new every patch so that people would keep playing...

Slot machines...
plain and simple, u put in money and have a % chance of winning...
they would be in alot of ranges.
50 cred's (500 if u win)
100 cred's (1000 if u win)
500 cred's (5000 if u win)
1000, (10.000)
5000, (50.000)
u get the idea...
And ofcouse the % chance should be so low that it would sink cash rather then putting more out there.

Lottary:
U go to the casino and buy a lottary ticket, only 1 ticket allowed per person, I.e u could play in 1 lottary in 1 caino, and the reward would be nodrop no matter what is it.
ofcouse, each casino would at annouse what the price is, so u can chouse where to play.
agen would have different categorys.
rewards could start at sets of armor/weapons at low lvls,
then work up to car's, then yalms, then other things (maybe special nodrop items)
should be 1 lottery a day for each Casino.
would work like a basik raffle, pick 1 out of x number of players, and always have xxx number of "fake" players in so that its not 100% sure some 1 win.
