if it would be nanos from inferno quests, its ok, but sheol quests its one of worst things in this game.

No. Why should anyone be forced to do a quest for a nano you'll never use anyways? There never was a need to have "lesser" version of a nano uploaded to be able to upload top nano of that line, why should there be now?
I don't know, sounds about right. There never was a questline which will give us nanos this way only either, but we got it.

When I have to work to pay for more work.. something is wrong.
Grinds enough in AO... and quests are mostly like:
Run to Mister A, then to Mister B.. back to Mister A for reward, Now you kill monster C for Mister A. You return the loot of monster C to Mister C. Who has a whole new mission! *cough*
If quests would be more like the Dustbrigade encounter.. hell yeah I would do the quests

Not all profs got some crappy nanos from this line...imo if the nano is an extension of the currently existing one than it should require the quests done...
If not (not sure what !=ma/nt get), than it should b just a normal quest like the rest of em all..
You need to have the "lesser" quest line completed to get the full one, so its pretty much the same thing.

If these nano's were like Tier armor then I could somehow understand the OP's request, but that just ain't the case afaik...
It's not like you take your old nano and apply some part to it, to upgrade it...
It's just a new higher level nano, targetted at higher level players, at least as far as I have understood it... Like every other nano out there they come in different ql's obtainable from doing harder and harder stuff depending on their
level/benefits... Whether it's from harder and harder quests or missions, or from harder accessible gardens.
No need to force high level players doing quests targetted at lower level characters imho, because that for sure does not provide any kind of meaningfull challenge/reward.
