I say leave fixers nerf-crying is lame, they used to absolutly suck ass and now they get their love everyone crys nerf as usual.

Same happened with MP, ma, trader etc

My only issue with fix0rz (apart from the fact that I can't kill 'em at pressent) is their ability to grid out. Other classes will get back at every other class once they get their patches etc, but my real problem with fixers and PvP is:

They can grid out of combat.

What I'm thinking is - No risk, no gain. At present, its no risk for fixers to PvP - they can run to a zone if they like, and they can grid out of they like. Lock their ability to insta-grid while doing PvP, and PvP only.

A fix like that should take some time and be wellconsidered from FCs behalf so they don't mess up, but something should be done. All other classes risk their neck going into a 25% zone....Except fixers (not gonna mention traders:P).

PS. The first fixer to cry nerf on MK shield because they don't know what to do about it shouldn't be allowed to PvP 'cause they are a disgrace to their class

Then at least some of us can gank the fixers only 50 lvls lower than ourselfs ...if we want to.

Doctors can grid in combat, NTs can grid in combat, Fixers can grid in combat.

Only diffrence is Fixers can grid quickly.

So untill you know what your talking about, go play DAoC.

lol last fixer i fault ran like a little girl, then came back and ran again, and again, and again. to bad he gave me a run buff so i could try to catch him. if there is a fixer out there that thinks he can beat me let me know i love a good duel. btw this is for lvl 130ish down. i can not fight people that are 12+ my lvl tried and died to many times =).

PvP is not ment to be balanced with all profs able to do exactly the same thing .. overwise lets just have the single prof.

/me fed up with moaning profs who only want to be auto uber and not use the strenths of the prof to beat others as this would be tooo much hard work

lol it was funny the other day, i was ganked by a rookie fixer, next thing you know i am kickin his ass. and he goes and grids out. oh well. most fixers always grid out when they see that they are going to lose. lol i see how he got rookie now though. if he thinks he is going to win he will fight to the end but it he is going to lose he runs away like the puss he is.

Twin, you are without a doubt, a total moron.

I'll post another separate thread about this issue as a "once and for all" deal, but here's some basics.

There are three categories of professions when dealing with Fixers over level 100. They are as follows...

Can always beat a fixer:
Trader
Doc
NT
Agent (FP trader)
MP

Have an equal chance at beating the fixer:
Enforcer (actually more than 50% chance at higher levels)
MA (slightly less in the open, slightly greater in the arena)

Can never beat a fixer:
Soldier
Engineer

I have no idea where to place 'Crats since I've never fought one.

Now, this does not mean you can kill the fixer either in the above PvP set up. A fixer should always be able to grid out or escape unless they feel like standing their ground and losing. They cannot however, beat the professions listed as unbeatable at equal or greater levels.

If you, who I assume are an MA, cannot beat a Fixer who does not grid away some of the times, then you are either:

1. Gimped
2. Stupid
3. 1 & 2

This will indeed change if FC ever fixes the bull**** about being able to break roots while in combat, but this is how it is now.

P.S. Oh, its good that you stated that you hate fixers. I admire a man who takes a stand and is ready to never be buffed by a fixer again.

Allright; HOW many fixers were born the last months? Yeah all new players are Fixer (+2 new MAs ?) .....Get the point?

Balance is the keyword! Skill and tactic should IMO decide who wins a fight. It usually does ......and then comes the fixer....
