    Alien menace peace ambassadors?

We only learned to handle aliens in 1 way: shooting them before they come too close. But have we ever tried to communicate with them besides shooting?

We might just be surprised if we tried... Yours truly visited the alien outzones this morning, and in sector 35 I did a truly amazing discovery. Even while being brutally massacred, it seems the aliens relentlessly try to deliver us their message, asking for a peaceful existance together.

Crazy talk you might say! I would have thought so too, if i had not heard it myself... While wandering between the fighters in the sector, an alien approached me, I thought he was going to rip me in half when instead:

*recording playing: Ensign - Ankari'Nakthi: xhjdk We come in peace! dhkjsk

Unfortunately very shortly after it got killed among any other alien by the unicorn turrets and the adventurers at the scene, making it unable to talk more, or be talked to...

As for their aggressive behavior now and then, scientists claimed the aliens most likely just turn into a blind rage when they sense an abundant amount of notum, as in city controllers.

Will we ever try to talk to the aliens instead of shoot them at sight? Should we help the aliens on a no-notum diet plan? Will the aliens be successful at saying more than "we come in peace"? Read it all in ChitChat magazines!

    Pick-pocket partiers at large

Yesterday noon in Old Athens a bunch of girls dressed in tight tops and thongs came towards Old Athens Hill, dancing and partying like crazy, along with a smartly-dressed guy named Chealand and 2 other men dancing with them. This made alot of spectators come closer and dance with them, while I had to endure being center of attention among the girls, and being kissed, pinched and hugged by them among others.

Little did anyone know at first though that these women had more planned than just partying... They are in fact pickpockets, only using the partying to distract and lure bystanders, then hug them to steal wallets, creds, cred-cards and jewelry among others.

They are considered very dangerous, and should be avoided and reported to an official instance that can apprehend them, thus most likely not Omni-Pol, when you see them.

Included are some data-feeds on the bandits:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but did you just demand that Omni-Pol police Old Athen?
9 out of 10 Leets prefer Omni Mining. The tenth Leet is a traitor and will be dealt with.

actually these banditos are neutral, and have been spotted in borealis and omni cities too, so i'm saying they should try to catch them there... not that it would have any effect
