bump for sector 42 tabing. It is totally annoying that I tab omni ppl while searching for next target to attack.
In big raidforces it is extremly hard to find the target with the mouse.
=> configurable tab may be very nice.

Great idea, bump.
bump, would rather see it labelled like this:
tab ... control tab
{} ... {}My Team
{} ... {}My Faction
{} ... {}Neutral
{} ... {}Opposing Faction
{} ... {}Environment
The current game state would be (for purposes of defaulting the new system):
tab ... control tab
{} ... {}My Team
{} ... {X}My Faction
{X} ... {}Neutral
{X} ... {}Opposing Faction
{X} ... {}Environment
But many docs might go for:
tab ... control tab
{X} ... {}My Team
{X} ... {}My Faction
{} ... {}Neutral
{} ... {X}Opposing Faction
{} ... {X}Environment
Callers for large raids might prefer:
tab ... control tab
{} ... {X}My Team
{} ... {X}My Faction
{} ... {X}Neutral
{} ... {}Opposing Faction
{X} ... {}Environment
Raiders (ie, not the callers) could do this :
tab ... control tab
{} ... {X}My Team
{} ... {X}My Faction
{} ... {X}Neutral
{} ... {}Opposing Faction
{} ... {}Environment
etc.
Make these commands scriptable via /commands so we can quickly reconfigure on the fly (and incorporate sane defaults in bot text links) and WHAM you've just made one hell of a good system. Quite probably the best in any MMO I've ever seen.

I'll stick by my earlier suggestion:
tab = all legitimate combat targets
ctrl-tab = everything else
It works this way on BS, there's no reason it shouldn't be done other places.
In the same line, I would like to see in lft window the "non-" option.
So, if I select "non-" "clan", I would see omni AND neuts.
When doing raids with neutral people, why not make neuts get a temp flag being the faction of the team? (so, if neutral is in omni team: neutral will only be friendly tab-able in raid condition for example.)
This would require FC to change all raid-areas (apfs, pande, area around incarnators...) like on BS, and neuts just get the temp flag of the faction of the team they join.
Not sure people can understand my thinking, but it's late here at work
