Childish Prank In Omni-HQ

OTPC - This weekend, Omni-1 HQ saw an invasion of Rollerrats when a shuttle in low altitude dropped off a large number of the pests.
While this was obviously only a mild nuisance for the local military forces, it was a great nuisance for the cleaning crews.
Nonetheless, this childish behaviour and clear attack on the bright image of Omni-HQ is unacceptable, and the people responsible for this prank will meet the full weight of the law.
