-we currently have aroun 40 members
-avg lvl 88 for the entire academy
-with 68% docs

We have two areas of focus as an organisation on rubi-ka:
-to train and be known for the best OT docs
-Upper lvl content (quests, missions, lvls, trade, pvp)


Thank you for your time, feel free to msg me in game with any inquiries. Normal lvl reqs for OTMA are 1-200 for docs and 75-200 for all other profs, however we are currently focusing on upper lvls until we reach the 60 member marker. At that time we will open up to lvl 1-75 doc recruiting.

you'll never have a great org if you only recruit 75+

you gotta start from the bottom up.

recruit those lvl 10 noobs. give em 2 weeks and they will be 75+.
