General Statement from the boss: The Rogue's Gallery is looking for a few good people. We strive for quality as opposed to quantity. We are a tight knit organization that enjoys each other's company and wish it to remain that way.
We are a mercenary based guild, a band of brigands and thieves. This does not mean that we are rude, obnoxious or necessarily always the 'bad' guys. We mearly are well seated in the underworld of Rubi-ka, using our neutrality to get things done that are not an option for sided players.
In this respect, this is how we role play. Working for two sides already in conflict. We also work for one another, building each other up the best we can for play against NPCs and mobbies, as well as against other players.
We respect your rights to have fun with AO as well as to a real-life. In fact that is the primary goal of the Gallery: have fun. To this end all we ask is that everyone participates in this, or we ask that you go find someone else to play with.

What we are looking for are ...
... people that are interested in roleplay and participating in events. We want folks that are looking to enjoy their time on Rubi-ka, as opposed to folks just looking to 'beat the game'.
... for folks new to Rubi-Ka and those that have been on Rubi-Ka awhile. Veterans and newbies alike are welcome.
... people that are helpful and display a desire to help others out.
... people that want to have fun.
Rules and recruitment standards:
1. The recruit must be neutral and not play another character in any of the other guilds (Vox Populi, Shattered Dreams, Division 3) that are in or participate with Project Revenant.
2. The recruit must be interested in roleplaying, participating in roleplaying events and having fun.
3. Must be courteous in nature. By this we mean be pleasant to others and simple follow the golden rule. This applies to not only guild members, but to others in the project as well.
4. We are not a mother or babysitter. We will help where we can, give what advice we can and help you with making a new char. You should recipricate or you will be warned, cut off or kicked.
5. No exploits or exploiting, period. We do not look upon this kindly, so don't do it or you will be kicked.
6. When recruited, the recruit will remain an applicant for a period of about a week before being eligible for training (a series of team missions). Upon successful completion of training and acceptance into the guild, you will be promoted to Unit Member.
7. In addition, if a recruit is under level 20, they will have reach level 21 in order to gain the title of Unit Member unless they are an alt of an existing Unit Member in good standing.
