Backup file for hotkeys?

I need to reload my PC, AGAIN!, and last time I did this I lost my hotkeys and had to re-do em. A real pain as you can imagine, my question is; is there a file where these hotkeys are stored locally so I can back that up before reloading?

copy your prefs folder.

Default C:\Program Files\Funcom\Anarchy Online\Prefs
