Newland Council - Newland City - During the last meeting of the Newland Council there were two surprising changes to the Minister Seats.


Having been empty for several months, the Newland City Council's Minister of Security position was filled on September 1st by Meissa Rhode ("Ninnyhammer" to some.). An 'interesting' yet determined long-time resident of Newland City and a lifetime Neutral, she is eager to begin work. "This is one of the greatest opportunities I've ever had, and I intend to do right by the city. Or something. Hell, I'm no politician, but I do know about protecting what's important", she stated after the meeting.

Also of note is that the council's position of Minister of Foreign Affairs is now open. Former Minister Anamelle Marecki vacated it during the same council session for undisclosed personal reasons. Anamelle is an outspoken, well-known neutral, and resident of Last Ditch. She was unavailable for comment.
