Hmm, amazing I was gone for a while but I came to the boards to see what was new, the post on harassment was shocking..and CZ..who hardly ever comes out at all when players make posts, shut that one down...hmmm "conspiracy to lie to a cs rep" lol well here's a conspiracy to lie for you.. I'm gonna renew my account in 2 months haha.

The logs were appalling, and these so called "rules" are not really enforced unless a gm or ark feels like doing them,, example. Most of us know about zuwadza, some time ago I wanted this shirt for myself as it adds considerable points to mc and ts, now I waited for days on end to get near him as a much higher level character, nikkidial, who was not even an mp kept killing him to try and score the shirt, now take in mind that this shirt is mp only, and also the mob in question gave her no exp whatsoever. so was she harassing me in this case? well if she was she was never asked to stop, even though I was there first. Point is that I think gms and arks just makes things up, as I have personally never had any petitions resolved while some time later, others are given retribution.

I suppose what I'm saying is that if you're going to enforce a rule, do it everytime the act is commited and not just when you feel like it.

Please tell the whole truth when you talk aboutme. Once I got the shirt I backed off whenever you was there and I told you that I would and did what I promised.

Just because I was an NT doesnt mean I wasnt there for a good reason.

Also, its funny how people cant believe how Funcom reacts to people until it happens to them. Even to this day I laugh that Noer quit. He always criticized me when I sold out and started Ebaying. He critisized me when I started telling sploits. And my only defense was that Funcom didnt treat me with the respect I deserved.

Yet when the same things happen to people around him, somehow the people that complained before him is somehow supposed to just keep quite and not point out that they had been saying the same thing all along, yet he was always in FanBoui mode.


Truth is I lost my respect for most of Funcom ALONG time ago, which is why I got back at them. Then I lost respect for those that I still held any respect for when They disresected me.

I was banned for playing the game. I was banned because I made too many trades in a two month period to people like Destrux, Fotik, Resta, EtanTaylor, Blizzaro, Demios, Smooth, Azzazzimon, and many others who bought from me in that two months. 90% of those people where banned. I was banned because I accepted too many exploited credits in trades.

Now tell me if you would suspect most of these people of exploiting. I know I wouldnt, obviously. People complained about people duping for the whole history of the game, yet Funcom didnt warn us that we had to call in a GM for every transaction we made to make sure we where safe.

Dont get me wrong I do think I have some responsibilities in making sure I dont sell to obvious exploiters. But I have been High level forever and know how many credits where easily available to highend players. I priced everything at what I thought they where worth compared to time to get credits compared to time it took to get the item.

Only one item I sold over 600m and it was the Dragon Chest for 750m. It was sold to a known player that was banned. Coats I had been sellign for 3 months for 600m each so no way I would suspect that that wasnt the normal price of them. Everything else was 100m or less, so I didnt think that was too much to ask for them.

I never sold more than two items to one person except two people which recieved 2-3 items each, but didnt accept more than 500m total from anyone who bought more than one item. All of them tried to talk me down on prices which I often relented, since I often overpriced my items so people thought I was doing them a favor when I accepted their lower buyout offers.

So tell me how was I supposed to know???

Genevra said she would stay out of my case and I had to deal with the GM handling my case. When I got banned for one month, I let Genevra know, which she quickly replied and said she was making it a permanent ban. BTW CZ if you want to check to see if my story is correct here are the incident numbers (Genevra Discussions 208777, Lucian Discussions 208548) As for what I said in the emails was 99% why am I not getting any responses to my emails about my account after 3days and 1% telling Gen that lucian banning me for ebay is really silly since the TRUE exploiters will never get caught and they should cut out ebay by making there own auction forums so they can track the su****ious accounts more easily while turning a profit for the company.

Ofcourse you have to realize I had a good relationship with Genevra because I had turned in a few dupes and other bugs, and she changed my first and last name for me and asked me to be a bug tester for her if I could get in the ARK program. So ya I felt betrayed when I was lied to by her and banned.

Yet no one listened until it happens to them. So what am I supposed to do but laugh when it happens to those that scoffed at me.

Sorry to see people screwed over, but you will not figure it out that Funcom sucks until it happens to you. So I hope it happens soon.

I know nikki, just saying that according to the GMs, if you gained no exp from killing the mob then you shouldn't be there. Of course I believe this is crap, just pointing out how funcom rules are always being changed and altered.

For the record, when Ntrox was about 100, he was camping Stanley Adams (pre-nerf) with whatever group he could get. NikkiDial was there, and did NOT killsteal or hassle. In fact she was very helpful and polite, even helping us out if we needed some aid. I have nothing bad to say about Nikki, so I can't see how she could get so much hassle.

Nikki, so you loose respect of me because I don't exploit, sell on ebay or promote creditcard fraud when Funcom treats me or my friends bad? Well, that tells in my opinion a lot more about you than it tells about me. Im not a 9 year old punk (physically or mentally) that needs to get back on the company like you do. All you accomplished was getting a lot of people laughing at you.

If I don't enjoy the game or the service I pay for doesn't live up to what I think I should get - I stop paying. If my local store suddenly stopped selling Coca Cola I wouldn't start shoplifting and telling people how to rob them just because I don't like them.

I never really exploited. I did get one of my newb alts at the time a 1k board. It didnt matter though since I never planned on playing it much. Outside that I never clearly exploited. You forget I was asked to be a bug tester if I got into the ARK program because of the amount and types of bugs I turned in.

I didn't promote fraud. Its not fraud unless you try to use it. I never told them to have Funcom charge it, because it wasnt a working number anyways.

Ebay, well I told you before they couldnt do anything about ebay. I also told you there was nothing wrong with ebay. All they could do was set it up in a way that allows for scanning su****ious accounts. You even agreed I was right. So why act as if Ebay is something wrong?

As for your comparisons to shoplifting. Well that is one way to look at it, as impractical as it is. I would compare it to the person who knocks on your door and offers to repave your driveway since they are in the neighborhood anyways. Then you come to find out all they did was coat your driveway with a thin layer of tar. You get back at those people. You try to get them arrested, and take them to court if possible. Well I consider Funcom common thieves. They lie to us and then try to charge us for services they already promised us a year before hand.

So, like most others decided it was time for Funcom to pay up. You cant really take them to court because you would just be wasting money. You can though ebay and publicly critisize them. Which I will become more critical of them when my site is finished.

A simple little news site reporting on all the bad things wrong with MMORPGs. I am not singling out just Funcom with the site but ALL Games. Their customer service is non-existant. So I will let everyone judge for themselves. Sure there will be bugs on the site, but bugs never broke a game. It was always the companies entertainment value that broke a game. Just look at diablo. It had every type of bug in existance, yet was still more successful than Anarchy Online and many other games all put together, just because it was FUN!

And as you left you did nothing to change anyones mind. Sure some of your friends left, but they was part of your statement. You did nothing to feel good about the game. It still leaves a bad taste in your mouth I bet. Well not me, I am pretty indifferent to Funcom and all these games. I feel like I got back all the time I wasted on their lies.
