You need:
Virral "Triumvirate Egg" x 2 (30)
Arms of the Servants of Eight qty 200 x2(20)
Plus psychic General buff(12)

Gives you a 462 in psychic .. So that should do it!
Is it worth i'll think bout it .. Im just bored at work .. so ..lol

If it makes you feel any better, Carb armor is definitely for casters but it's reqs are tailored to Troxes

So what they didnt put in a breed or faction requirement.

Right now the best armors i the game are str/sta.

nice armor ... so we can expect it to be here in shadow lands then ? armor that good can only come from an add-on that u have to pay ... everyone is moaning about it and its not even here yet ... get a grip and ramble on like me so people will pay no attention and just forget they even saw this silly thread !

So i guess you want us to use temp implants which add 190 points using qty 200. ( can use lower qty 170 which adds 160 plus general buff)

Well, if we remove the implants we are OE at that point.
Is this really ment to be this way?
If so ..why.
