Kinda wrong Forum for that question =p but Yes it is.. The recharge on NS1 is fatal and then 5 secs shorter it last means life and death in pvp.

Yeah NS 1 and 2 are quite different man...
As Hajk has already said, its all about the recharge time. The MUCH shorter recharge time on Nullity MK 2 is worth ALOT.
