(( Since Participation is allowed by everyone, yet attendance is not; Is it possible to have alloted time for the Legacy leaders to meet and greet with the affiliates before or after the OAM in Public venues (Rompa Bar, Omni-Pol HQ, Omni-Trans HQ, Relax!, etc)?

I only ask because it doesn't seem logical to say that everyone can participate in something held in a private playfield which the Legacy leaders don't leave. ))
