AO News on my Palm Pilot

Tonight I've been sitting around catching up on the current news, story lines, etc. And a thought struck me:

It would be so very cool if instead of having to sit down and read Omni-Tek Grid Feed, VoF Editorials, TAG, Media Clippings, Latest News, In Production, Patch Notes, Preliminary patch notes, etc. at my computer, it would be really cool to have an AO AvantGo (or something similar) channel on my Palm Pilot.

My usualy morning goes something like this:
Alarm goes off.
Hit snooze.
Alarm goes off.
Hit snooze harder.
Alarm goes of.
Concede defeate to the alarm clock and get up.
Walk tward shower, hitting Hot Sync button as I pass my desk.
Shower, brush teeth, dress, etc.
Grab Palm Pilot, mobile phone, wallet, keys, and leave apartment, locking door behind me.
Get on bus and ride to work. Open palm pilot and read news collected from last sync until arriving at my stop.

I'd definitly use it if it were available! Anyone else?

Got bored tonight and needed a bit of a project.

So, with a little help from Sitescooper , I got the Rubi-Ka news outlets into an AvantGo friendly format.

So I added four custom channels to my AvantGo setup, AO - Omni Grid Feed, AO - Voice of Freedom, AO - TAG, and AO - Media Clippings.

Synced things, and hey! It worked! I've got the up to date storyline on my Palm Pilot, in just under 151k.

Unfortunatly, I'm sure there would be many leagal issues if I posted the links I fed AvantGo. (Scitescooper is running of my Linux colo server, and AvantGo is scooping from that webserver.)
