I guess its easier to see guns and clubs being passed about and point your finger at it instead of the real issue. Like somehow, violence never solved anything. Its a lie, and violence does solve things. When diplomacy reaches an end, and detante cannot be reached, then that is all that is left, is the sword.

The solution to the Borealis problem is Neutrals themselves. Either get on the floor and talk them out, or lead them out at gunpoint. Out of all your options you think you have, those two are the bottom line. Blame does not cure your problem, action does.
