Guild tax, lets make it useful.

now those of you how are guilded and have used the guild tax feature. and who arent banned. how useful is it?

answer: not very.

in a guild with high and low members, setting a moderate-high tax means that the lower members will never have any cash, while the higher players dont notice it. a lump sum comes out of your bank every so often, and finding a good figure is impossible.

i propose that the guild tax takes a % of your total cash, so everyone is paying what they can afford, no more, no less. and more money is flowing in to the guild coffers from the higher level players.

I don't see how this makes the tax any more useful. It does maybe make it more equitable.

it means that my guild can use it, without taking all of the money from our lower members, and still getting a decent amount of cash into the bank for distribution to those needing yalms, etc
