NPC's that buff us

There are so many uselss npc's around the game that just stand there and if you ask them the right things they whine on about something and then when you ask them further they say "I dont understand?".

sooo how about if you ask them the correct things they can buff players with things such as hp buffs and that kind of thing, prehaps there could even be a rare player somewhere who gives 100% crit buff if you give him money or something.

They could be in all the popular hunting areas (solommone in sw mines for example) and in places such as the trade dist and things.

This would help provide the money sink needed in order to bring the economy back under control. Too bad FC won't put it in.
