UberGeek question about Dr. Who

On a geek scale of 1-10, I think posting this will put me around a 37.

I'm trying to figure out who wrote/recorded the Dr. Who song. No, not the origional, but the hip version that you hear about 8 times at every freeken NBA game. You know the one.
I remember someone telling me that it was done by "DR. WHO AND THE DALEKS" which was actually "The Police" (back before Sting started to suk.) But I cant find ANYTHING one way or the other about it. Ive searched Google, AJ, newsgroups.. I'm about to call Ms Cleo.

So, who is such a geek that they play AO, read the AO forum, and know the answer?
