So as I was saying, I got myself a burden So a few days of perk resets and I got some more symbs equiped.
First, I equiped the 300 Eye, requiring 1276 int/psy/sen and 2088 treat. I used this setup, where the left ring is a Ring of Plausibility, which still cannot be used in auno setups.
I had on me Composite Attribute, ES, FG, NS, SFA, treat expertise and a TT. In addition my org benefits were ql300 Large HQ and a ql150 Concentration benefit (+13 sen). I also used an Extruder Bar and of course the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1276 sen, 1288 int, 1303 psy and 2092 treat.
Second, I equiped the 300 Left Hand, requiring 1276 int/psy/sta and 2088 treat. I used a this setup, where the left ring is again Ring of Plausibility.
I had on me Composite Attribute, ES, FG, NS, SFA, treat expertise, behe, IC and a TT. In addition my org benefits were ql300 Large HQ and a ql150 Heart Pump benefit (+13 sta). I also used an Extruder Bar and of course the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1276 sta, 1299 int, 1280 psy and 2091 treat.
So what next? I have prepared a setup for equiping the 300 Ear, but I still need to get Sigil (quite easy), do more research (not hard, but grind), get more perk resets (gimping) and get either a ql300 Evening Star (ouch) or better tower land (I wish). In short, it will be some time.

Quick update. With the new 17.2 "Dreadloch Endurance Booster - Nanomage Edition", the ql300 r-hand is possible. It requires beast helmet which I don't have, so I'll work on getting it. It also requires every thinkable perk and almost all the research lines maxed. Anyway, expect updates

gz muha bout time u put the 300 eye in. i took mine out straight away but its great for selfcasting with no armour and tradeskilling. nice work on the hand too, i never bothered with my left hand... i had a ql80 left hand symb in when i dinged 220 :P
on a side note: the 300 hand is very possible / easier for omni so go hard guys. sleeves + gunship make life easy, sorry clammies
After some more beast zerging I got the helmet and sigil, and equiped the 300 R-Hand, requiring 1276 int/psy/str and 2088 treat. I used this setup, where the left ring is QL250, giving +5 (from some reason auno can't interpolate these rings).
I had on me Composite Attribute, ES, FG, NS, SFA, ess, prod str, treat expertise and a TT. In addition my org benefits were ql300 Large HQ and a ql150 Muscle Compactness benefit (+11 str). I also used an Extruder Bar and of course the Surgery Clinic. The final result was 1276 str, 1317 int, 1278 psy and 2091 treat.
Some things to notice about this setup.
First, one of the problems is to get all the items requiring 1750 CL. Since they include back, head, neck and belt/NCU, you cannot use these slots to get the required CL. I perked a few perks on the NCU Extensions line just so I don't need to spend more IP on CL.
Second most annoying thing is that I had a repeat of the "missing skills" bug. I had all the reqs set, and then I zoned and lost 1 str. I ended up using a higher QL R-Arm imp for one more strength.
Third, note that including AI tech you need 31 AI perks for this. I had to equip all AI items and then reset one AI tech perk.
I am still looking for a better Eye of Evening Star so I can equip the 300 Ear. The 17.3 patch seems to introduce some more twinking items, so this might not be necessary after all.

Very well done. Right now I'm looking at trying the 300 r hand on a solitus but I can't quite get enough treatment for it
