I think i was the first person to petition this cause a report was made and sent for testing at fc "labs".
I was promised by a gm to get back to me in a week.
He took my name and all.
This never happened either ingame or by mail.
I later confronted a gm and he said yes, you where right.
We are now looking how to fix this matter.
I was pretty happy cause now i will get my thing back.
I thought....
Im not allowed to reimburse item was the not even abit surprisingly answer.
After probably 30 mins of disussing i asked who can give this item back and got a fancy title and wrote a mail to the Customer Service Manager =)
This mail is now there and i hope to get a answer back atleast someday and hope funcom takes responsibilty in a 100% clear case like this when it even shows up in build notes as a change.
If i get a "it was intended to be like this" mail back ....
Well, i can always hope fc takes responsibily for something someday..

I lost my Pioneer Backpack in a trade, and they could see we both had it and we just it lost due an out of sync error...FC's server lost it!...then why the hell wont they give it back!?...I know its not worth as much as dragon armor, but i kinda liked my bag

I really think FC outta change their little wussy idea...when they can SEE we lost it due a server error...its just...¤"%#¤%!!!

This thread was in wrong area iguess from the start.
Just want to add something to my later comments.
I lost a dragon flesh in this flaw.
FC fell true and gave it back to me.
Hope this happens to everyone that have lost items.

uhm.. so now with the new "unique fix" no engy or trader with dragon armor would be able to do dragon armor for the rest uf us mortals ?

yeah normally you would be right but they are taking the unique tag off now they say in the next patch,

Which BTW was pushed back again from the 4th to the 11th.

No, we did not get anything back eventhough we spoke to GMs and ARKs many times.

It is just another sad story
