Yea, i wondered about those dragons. They are low hp so one alpha puts a dent in them. Glad to know they are soloable now without kiting 8) I personally don't like to kite 8p

Aug 24th 2006 for the first post, and I would love to see how a pre-LE enforcer could solo Hezak; I don't see that it's at all realistic.

Which is a couple months before LE was released on live, wasn't it? Looking through my email, I got the "pre-order LE now" email on november 14th, 2006.

I specifically think Hezak was doable only because I know I got him down a bit more than a quarter of the way before another team showed up and screwed things up with pulling other mobs. I remember thinking at the time that I didn't think that was possible. (I tried Hezak because of this very thread, by the way).

*shrug* I dunno, it doesn't really matter, just my thoughts. Obviously never seen him completely soloed by an enf, but, I figure if you're doing fine for more than a quarter of his health, there's not much reason to think that would change.

I am just curious. Anyone have a thought on what the current, hardest mob to solo is? I ran around on RK the other day. Soloed Diamondine Trainee. Without kiting at all, and was completly self. Was a bit of work on my part, but not something that was horrible. Had two of its adds on me, which (while they didtn do much damage) they were on me the whole time so it added up. They hit for like 260ish when they did hit me if I remember correctly. I am curious because I wanna go slay whatever is the hardest 8p

Tried Razor the other day. Failed, but was pretty impressed. I think with finished global AAD Hud Item, and a ql 300 AAD tower/high evade. Maybe some outside buffs. He might be doable. It just depends on what his AR is, and if we can get past it.

Fought that dude in Tir where the whompas used to be. Got him down 7 bubbles before I had to go help org(No kiting of course). He was ./easy. Missed me alot 8) Gotta try Eel next.

Anyways, I wanna know what you guys think is THE hardest mob to solo, as an enforcer. I wanna see if I can beat it, or figure out a way to. And please, dont post LOTV 8p lol

It's funny you mention that. I was doing this guy a week or two ago for the hell of it (well, technically I want the mesh). And it was odd...from what I saw (I didn't keep exact logs) she was always the same level, but yet some were harder than others. Some I could do toe to toe no sweat...like, no worry at all. Some made me worry. Others I kited.

I guess it could be just me and not performing the same way each time I did her, but, I felt there were some that were noticeably more difficult than others.

I was going after the mesh as well 8p lol I can try to drop by and see if I can do it as well as last time. I will say, overall i was able to keep my hp steady. But a few times it dropped below 3 bubbles. Which is always cause for concern. Anyways, just wondering what people think is the hardest mob to solo in game. I wanna give it a go.

Scary spider is a bit too tough for me but I'm not that far off, so I wouldn't completely discard the idea that some enf can solo it. (Without kiting or OSB)

I just tried Scary. Managed to drop him down 4 or 5 bubbles selfed. He misses a good amount and its pretty obvious I am right at the point of him missing half the time. Sadly, I had to take my helmet off to equip lame glasses from Halloween to cast the new mongo. (since i had to take my DB boots off). I am just guessing. But...

If I had higher quality stims.

DB Gloves so I could wear my helmet. (Heal Proc, AC, AAD)

Those really niftey stims from DB.

Maybe a higher quality evade tower (Only have +44 one atm)

Could swap for a Fire or Radiation bracer.

Anyways, I will try again once I get the DB gloves. I agree with Mamman that it might be doable.

Inf ring could give you a bit more flexibility. Say, boots of the dancing king instead of ring of summoned terror, or maybe you find you can do without the HHaB.

Unless you need the PM for mango, Ofab gloves aren't doing much for you when soloing. 15 AAD from strong gloves might help. (this suggestion might be mutually exclusive with the first one).

DB skirt and sleeves each have 5 more AAD than strong (though only about half the HP of enduring). They maintain about the same damage due to +1 crit.

There's always FP keeper (borrow a notucomm) for a bit more evade close than the AAD from Ofab back.

Hrm. If you don't switch a couple of items according to different situations, I think you should really try it to see how much it can increase your overall performance

It is only improving an already basic setup. More AAD. While still maintaining the ability to self the nano. If that means you plant a tower, and equip the proper reflect bracer for the mob, I see nothing wrong with that. Especially if you have to swap gloves because of the Inferno boot issues. And getting higher quality stims is something most people do anyways.

Edit: I need the gloves for selfing the new nano.

I already carry a bag of stuff to swap on according to the situation (tank, DD, SK, PvP, what have you). As long as it's a question of swapping between selfable items, I don't see a problem calling it "self buffed soloing".

granted, I got agro from adds too and before I shook them off and was soloing only scary spider i was already down to 50%

you fought him head to toe or kiting, with or witout imub?
