i had an issue similar to this. I petitioned an ARK but he said it was just a dirty way to fight. I was fighting in the Arena and trying to duel my friend. A lame ganker attaked us when our health was low and took us both out. When we came back we kicked his arse and he had to run out to prevent dieing. When he went to the terminal in the Arena in Omni1 Ent to zone out, it zoned him outside of the fence like normal, but somehow he was still able to attack us. He did this repeatedly on purpose, either zoning out and attacking us, or attacking us while he was still inside the arena. The Ark said that if combat is initiated inside the arena it can continue outside. I tried to repeat this several time with my friends and it never worked. I would like to know if this is indeed an exploit.
