Lowering suppresion

You mentioned around the land controller the suppression gas will be lowered. Also, Gaute told us that neutrals can control land as well. Will the suppression be dropped to 25% or 0% ? If 25%, we (neutrals) will need the ability to attack first.

Otherwise once we lose our controlled land, we will never be able to win it back.

PS I still think not being able to attack first in 25% is lame anyway. Let omni-tek or the clans hire me to help them kill their opponents (whoever pays most ).
